Are SUGAR Cosmetics products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are a 100% cruelty-free brand. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.

What is the return policy for makeup products?

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All SUGAR products are dermatologically tested and safe for use. However, we always recommend a patch test before trying a new product if you have highly sensitive skin.
